Daily Rate $150 per night – Two Night Minimum - non-prime only

We require a $200 deposit per cottage on a week reservation and a $75 deposit per cottage on a week-end reservation before we can confirm any reservation.  Balance is due on day of arrival. There is a $20 charge per week for each person over the normal capacity.   Bed linen, and bath towels are not included.

Dogs and Cats require $25 per week/animal additional charge. There is a 2 animal limit. 

Weeks run from 2:00 P.M. Saturday, until 9:00 A.M. on the following Saturday.
 

We suggest that reservations for your next stay at the Woodlands be made before you leave for home.    We urge your promptness so we may be able to provide the week and cottage you desire.  Reservations will be taken on a first come-first serve basis.  For further information please contact:
