The Hillery II is the newest addition to the Woodlands Resort. It is a 3 bedroom 2 full bath country home located on the site of the original Hillery which served as the central office of the Woodlands back in the day. However the Hillery II was designed and built for today's resort likes and tastes. It is a year round country home designed to function in all 4 seasons.

March 15 - Memorial Day $270 per night
Memorial Day - Labor Day $2,000 per week
September - November $270 per night
December - March $2,000 per week
